Our Mission
Beauvine Enterprises exists to sustainably provide our community with best beef nature can make. We respect the people, animals, and environment that make this happen and use practices designed to impact them positively for years to come. It’s our joy to bring beef that is good for the cows, the earth, and you from our home to yours!
Who We Are
Beauvine Enterprises is a Dodgeville, WI based grass-fed beef family farm in operation since 2017 (but a dream for years before!). Owned and operated by Beau and Rachel Hartline, we raise primarily Galloway cattle from birth to butcher on our farm.
What We Do
We offer grass-fed, grass-finished beef in bulk (quarters, halves, and wholes) as well as by the pound to fill your fridge for the week or stock up your freezer for the longer haul! We use rotational grazing and avoid unnecessary antibiotic use to grow beef that is healthy for you, the cows, and the earth.
